配送のご依頼を受けてから当日かもしくは翌日には発送いたします。
午前中に注文いただいた商品は運送会社の集荷タイミングにもよりますが、当日配送を心がけております。

※受注生産の商品につきましては海外より約2週間を目処にお客様へ直接お届けいたします。（お届け日時の指定はできません）

返品について

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には対応いたしません。

以下のケースに当てはまる場合は返品を承ることができません。

事前にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡をいただいていない場合は返品を承ることができませんのでご注意ください。

以下返品を承ることができないケース
・ ご使用になられた商品
・サイズや色を間違えられて注文された商品
・ 到着後３日以上経過した商品
・ お客様が破損、汚損された商品
・ キャンペーンやセール品などの特別提供商品

・海外で製造しているため製品のデザイン、サイズ、品質、質感にバラツキがあることがございます、あらかじめご了承ください。
